PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated metal sheet which can make processability and antistaining properties compatible, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The coated metal sheet has an undercoating layer and a topcoating layer both of which are formed on a metal sheet and the undercoating layer is formed of a coating layer mainly comprising a polyester while the topcoating layer is formed of a coating film mainly comprising a high-molecular polyester with a molecular weight of 5,000. The roughness Ra of the interface of the undercoating layer and the topcoating layer is 0.3-0.7μm, the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the undercoating layer is 5-25°C and the glass transition temperature of the topcoating layer is 35-60°C. This coated metal sheet is manufactured by coating the metal sheet with a composite coating film, wherein the undercoating film and the topcoating film are laminated, by a curtain coating method and baking the same so that the roughness Ra of the interface of the undercoating and topcoating layers is 0.3-0.7μm.
