PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a discharging part simply and surely by using a pipe which is inexpensive and excellent in universal applicability in the case the discharging part is integrally installed on the discharging port in the fixed position of an oil receiving plate. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of the discharging part is constituted of a first stage where a lower supporting part 2 is formed by housing the upper end part 1a of the discharging pipe 1 in a first punch 11 and supporting the underside 1b with a chuck 12, a second stage where a grooving edge 14 is provided on a second punch 13, a guide part 15 for guiding the grooving edge 14 and supporting the upper end 1a is provided, the underside 1b is supported with the chuck 12 and an introducing groove 22 is formed with the grooving edge 14, a third stage where the upper end part 1a is made into a flare shape with a conical punch 17 by inserting the upper end part 1a into the discharging port 10 after disposing a sealing material 8 between the lower supporting part 2 and the oil receiving plate 9 and supporting the lower supporting part 2 with a receiving die 16 and a fourth stage where the upper end part is made into a flange-shaped upper supporting part 4 with a flat punch 18, the introducing groove 22 is made into an introducing passage 6, the oil receiving plate 9 is held with the upper supporting part 4 and the lower supporting part 2, leakage is prevented with the sealing material 8 and an upstream passage 5 a downstream passage 3 and a falling passage 7 are formed.
