PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing system and its method, a mobile communication terminal, an information managing device, a managing device, and a program that provides information at proper time in a proper place. SOLUTION: The mobile communication terminal 100 acquires position information etc., generated by the information managing device 210 when data are transmitted from LED lighting 200, adds the position information etc., to the data, and transmits them to a mail server 300. The mail server 300 extracts corresponding article and/or service information from a database wherein the position information etc., and the article and/or service information relating to the position information etc., are stored while made to correspond to each other, and transmits the information to the mobile communication terminal 100.
