PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing and drying machine having a washing process composed of washing, rinsing and dehydrating steps and a drying process, drying in a simple structure, not causing any increase in size and weight of the machine body, not causing clogging of a filter for collecting lint, and preventing clogging of a heater even in the case of forgetting to mount the filter. SOLUTION: In an outer tub cover 43, a hot air supply port 51 connected to a hot air blowing means 40 through a blowing bellows hose 50 is provided in a position facing on the interior of an inner tub 42 in the rear of an inner opening part of the outer tub cover 43. In the outer tub cover 43 or an inner lid 44, an exhaust port 52 for discharging hot air in the inner tub 42 is provided in a position facing on the interior of the inner tub 42 and in a position to be visually confirmed from the opening part of an outer frame cover 24.
