PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard endoscope and its endoscope system which facilitate the insertion work of the inserting part of the endoscope when a tube body such as the inserting part of the endoscope is inserted into a narrow clearance such as a nasal cavity or a bar hole. SOLUTION: The endoscope includes the long-sized tube body 20 and a plurality of relay lenses 27 for the transmission of the optical images which are disposed as spaced along the axial direction within the tube boy 20. In the tube body 20, a tubular reinforcing member 28 is arranged on the circumference of each of the plurality of relay lens 27 surrounding the individual relay lens 27 and a high-strength part 20a hard to deform elastically is formed with the part having the reinforcing member 28 disposed while an elastic deformation part 20b easily deformable is formed with the part without the reinforcing member 28. An optical image varying means 29 is so arranged as to cause an elastic deformation of the elastic deformation part 20b other than the parts corresponding to the relay lenses 27 when the inserting part 13 receives the extraneous force and an optical change in the optical images to be observed with an eyepiece 26 to match the deformation of the tube body 20.
