PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which makes a specific pattern more visible for a player. SOLUTION: The game machine is provided with a display section which displays for the player a part of a multiple number of patterns allocated at the outer periphery of a reel, a selected role determining means which determines a selected role according to the commencement of a unit game, and a stop control means which stops the spinning of the reel conducted by a reel spinning means based on the selected role determined by the selected role determining means and a reel stop signal output by a stop signal output means and displays on the display section a static pattern which is a part of the multiple number of patterns allocated at the outer periphery of the reel. The game machine is also equipped with a multiple number of pattern lamps provided to each of the multiple number of patterns allocated at the outer periphery of the reel and a microcomputer and a pattern lamp activating circuit which activate a multiple number of light emitting means.
