PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine preventing a game from getting monotonous by abolishing to determine a big winning by a simple lottery and providing a novel interest to a player. SOLUTION: This pinball game machine is characterized in having at least first, second and third gate groups 21, 22 and 23 consisting of a game display device 25 displaying a predetermined game and a plurality of gates for passing game balls; and a big winning determination means 150 determining the big winning by executing the predetermined game based on the first, second and third passing gates allowing the passing of the game balls. This constitution determines the big winning by executing the predetermined game based on the first, second and third gates allowing the passing of the game balls and abolishes to determine the big winning by the simple lottery so as to prevent the game from getting monotonous. The respective gates allowing the passing of the game balls influence the big winning determination to provide the player with the novel interest which the conventional pinball game machine does not have.
