The second registration information retrieval part 392 supplies the retrieved second registration information, the member code, the game stand identification code and the order information to an order information supplementing part 395. The order information supplementing part 395 generates order information supplemented by the second registration information and supplies the member code and the game stand identification code to a delivery instruction information output part 394.
