<p>Disclosed herein are a hot water distributor and a heating mat using said hot water distributor, which can heat locally. The hot water distributor includes: a hollow case having a hose arranged therein and a hole formed on the upper portion for communicating the hot water distributor with the outside; a Y-shaped nipple fixed inside the case for diverging a hot water hose introduced into the case into two parts; and a cam valve rotatably coupled to the case, a portion of the cam valve being exposed to the outside through the hole of the case, the cam valve rotating forwardly or backwardly in order to selectively open and close one of the diverged hot water hoses.</p> |
