<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device which permits an operation to printing data without canceling a request for preferential printing waiting for processing, and a printing system. <P>SOLUTION: The control section 110 of the image forming device 100 receives a plurality of printing jobs including printing data and job IDs from outside and stores in a storage section. The control section 110 stores a waiting for processing table in which the sequence of performing printing jobs and printing job IDs are related to each other. When receiving a request for data operation for the printing jobs received, the control section 110 edits the waiting-for-processing table and adds an operating flag to reserve the execution of the printing jobs specified in the data operation request. The control section 110 receives job data of printing jobs updated. The control section 110 sends job data of the printing jobs specified by the request for data operation.
