<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively improve heat exchanger effectiveness by a simple and compact composition. <P>SOLUTION: In a heat exchanger 14, a plurality of heat exchanger tubes 120 forming a first passage 108 passing air is housed between an outer wall plate 92 and an inner wall plate 122, and a second passage 110 passing exhaust gas is formed between the heat exchanger tubes 120.
