<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form a circuit at lower cost which discharges charged electric charges of a plurality of capacitors connected in series in a charging circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The discharging circuit 31 is constituted by a first discharge route Y11 returning to the capacitor 22a via a switch 24a for controlling, a resistor 31a, and a diode 24d using the capacitor 22a as a starting point, a second discharge route Y12 returning to the capacitor 22b via a diode 24b, the resistor 31a and a switch 24c for controlling using the capacitor 22b as a starting point, and a reflux route Y13 in which a current generated by the charged electric charges of wiring flows through each diode 24b, 24d and the resistor 31a, when each of the switches 24a, 24c for controlling are turned off. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
