<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for labeling amplified products, requiring neither temporal labor nor economical load, in a method for amplifying a nucleic acid. <P>SOLUTION: The method for labeling amplified products comprises performing a nucleic acid amplifying reaction by using (a) a primer set comprising at least one primer having a sequence capable of being annealed in a template and a tag sequence incapable of being annealed in the template and (b) a common oligonucleotide containing a sequence capable of hybridizing with the complemental sequence of the tag sequence and including a label. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
