<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a product yield of an aggregate produced from waste so as to enlarge the application range thereof and to contribute to the settlement of waste problems by the re-use of a waste. <P>SOLUTION: A raw material is surface-treated using an oxidizing agent, proton charge is applied to the raw material surface for chemical activation, and then a colorant is added, followed by the treatment at a predetermined temperature for heating for a predetermined time for heating. Thus, on the raw material surface, reactive proton charge reacts with a functional group [<SP>-</SP>O-H] of the colorant to give a strong ether linkage [-O-]. At this time, the raw material is firmly colored so that it becomes less susceptible to fading and the degree of freedom for coloring is enlarged. Thus, a product yield for an aggregate produced from waste can be improved and the application range thereof can be expanded.
