<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform irradiation for informing a pedestrian while suppressing dazzling of a person, i.e., an object to be irradiated. <P>SOLUTION: The pedestrian informing device is provided with a spot light irradiation lamp 2 for radiating a marking light at a front side of a vehicle; and a position detection part 7 for detecting a pedestrian area for indicating a position of the pedestrian on the front side of the vehicle and specifying the pedestrian, i.e., the object to be informed to a driver of the vehicle by radiating the marking light by a spot light irradiation lamp 2 based on the position of the pedestrian. The radiation state of the marking light relative to a part of a pedestrian area is restricted by a control circuit 1 according to the position of the pedestrian and the marking light is radiated in a direction of the pedestrian. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
