PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device where invasion of light especially from a lateral direction and an oblique direction reduced, and fluctuation of a characteristic is suppressed. SOLUTION: The semiconductor device comprises: a semiconductor element arranged in a semiconductor layer 10; a shielding wall 50 installed at a periphery of the semiconductor element; and a wiring layer 26 which is electrically connected to the semiconductor element and is extended to an external part of the shielding wall 50 from an opening 52 where the shielding wall 50 is not arranged. The wiring layer 26 has a pattern comprising a first part 26A positioned in the opening 52 and a second part 26B which is positioned outside the opening and has width larger than the first part 26A.
