PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for blocking any unwanted message(spam) to be sent without permission in an electric communication network. SOLUTION: A security code is given to an incoming terminal. It is necessary for a calling side to give the identification of a called terminal as well as the security code in order to perform access to the incoming terminal. When any correct security code is not given to the call, the call is blocked.
