PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for restricting maximum output by each transmission channel of a mobile communication terminal machine which can realize a speech quality free from interference by adjusting an output power value by each transmission channel to restrict maximum output power by each channel. SOLUTION: A method for restricting output of the mobile communication terminal machine comprises a step of detecting output power of a signal, a step of adjusting power by using a difference between the detected output power and output power stored already in the terminal machine, and a step of transmitting the signal using the adjusted power.
