PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vending machine capable of displaying the total discharge number of commodities in a visually confirmable state from the outside at a preset opportunity. SOLUTION: The vending machine adapted to operate a discharge commodity holding member by operating power of a handle after entering coins and discharge a commodity by the operation of the discharge commodity holding member comprises a discharge commodity detection means detecting a discharge commodity and outputting a detection signal thereof; a display means capable of displaying the total discharge number of commodities from a predetermined time while being visually confirmable from the outside; and a processor determining the total discharge number of commodities based on the detection signal outputted from the discharge commodity detection means and making the display means display the total discharge number of commodities at the preset opportunity.
