PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vending machine capable of surely taking out commodities even when a plurality of commodities are stayed in the inner space of a commodity discharge port. SOLUTION: In the vending machine adapted to operate a discharge commodity holding member by operating power of a handle after entering coins to discharge a commodity, a commodity discharge part comprises a lid opening and closing the commodity discharge port. The lid is adapted so that it can be turned around a shaft at the upper end and laid in a closed state which is a suspended state and an inwardly opened state. The commodity discharge part can stay a plurality of commodities, and when the plurality of commodities are stayed in the commodity discharge part, the lid scoops the commodity closest to the lid by the inward operation of the lid.
