PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method or the like for quickly correcting an energy system operation plan initially made based on a prediction value when the deviation between the prediction value and an actual value becomes obvious without impairing a goal at the time of making the initial operation plan. SOLUTION: An amendment plan is prepared in advance for adjusting an output amount of a part or all of constitutive apparatuses of an electricity/heat supply means 2 and a cooling energy supply means 3 in accordance with changes in a part or all of input parameters, and relational expressions between the change amount of the input parameter and adjusted output amount of the apparatus to be adjusted for the amendment is obtained in advance. When the actual change amount of the input parameter between the predicted parameter value and the real parameter value is apparent, the adjusted output amount of the apparatus to be adjusted is found by substituting the actual change amount of the input parameter in the relational expression to correct the output amount of a part or all of the constitutive apparatuses of the electricity/heat supply means 2 and the cooling energy supply means 3 in the operation plan.
