PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize a jacket used as a permanent structure, as a temporary workbench used for a short period of time by easily installing, removing and recovering the jacket. SOLUTION: The temporary workbench is composed of the jacket consisting of a plurality of leg cylinders arranged in a vertical direction, and horizontal connecting members for connecting the leg cylinders; and piles with the lower ends driven into the sea bottom or the like and with the upper ends to which the leg cylinders of the jacket are fittable.
