PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a construction cost based on a huge cost for transportation of a concrete block body which has a unit weight of 2.35-2.5 kilo newton per 1 mm<SP>2</SP>while solving problems of causing the damage of a block during transportation and construction because of its complicated shape, and requiring construction time and labor due to complicated shape and a complicated construction method in constructing a seeding and planting concrete block type retaining wall. SOLUTION: A high transportation cost can be reduced by manufacturing concrete blocks in a field. As the means, a lightweight folding type form of approximately box shape is used as a form required to place concrete in the field. The folding type form is installed in a predetermined position, and freshly mixed concrete is poured from the open upper part to complete the block.
