PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition which improves dispersibility of carbon black and can give a tire excellent in low heat build-up, fracture properties, wear resistance and the like, its manufacturing method, and a tire using the rubber composition. SOLUTION: The rubber composition comprises a rubber component (A) containing a modified polymer having a protonic amine structure and an oxidizing agent (B). The method for manufacturing the rubber composition comprise a stage of mixing the modified polymer in the component (A) with the component (B), and the tire is obtained by using the above rubber composition.
