PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-solid oily cosmetic having improved adhesiveness to an applied surface, excellent usability (lightness and smoothness), durability of the moisturizing effect caused by a film-forming effect, make-up durability, aging stability and, especially in the case of using the cosmetic as a make-up base, having improved adhesiveness of the cosmetic applied to the base and, accordingly, having excellent usability and durability of the moisturizing effect and make-up effect. SOLUTION: The non-solid oily cosmetic contains (A) a dextrin fatty acid ester, (B) anα-olefin-vinylpyrrolidone copolymer and (C) an ester oil containing one hydroxy group in the molecule, having a molecular weight of 300-1,000 and exhibiting liquid state at normal temperature.
