PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective muscle training apparatus using a sinusoidal wave of a medium frequency. SOLUTION: The muscle training apparatus using electric stimulation is provided with two or more pairs of electrodes outputting the sinusoidal wave of the medium frequency to the human body, and is provided with a section mode composed of a first mode to be used in a state where an electric signal from the pairs of the electrodes cross at a prescribed section of the body and a second mode to be used in a state where an electric signal from either or both of the pairs of the electrodes do not cross at the prescribed section of the body.
