PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat non-occupying a space under a seat cushion irrelevant to loading/non-loading of baggage, surely preventing the falling of the baggage when loading the baggage and preventing from affecting the cushioning performance of the seat cushion when non-loading the baggage. SOLUTION: This vehicle seat is characterized in having a frame member 20 provided around the circumference of the seat cushion 4 on which an occupant sits and having its end part rotationally attached to the rear part of the seat cushion 4, and a cloth body 23 provided between the frame member 20 and the seat cushion 4.
