PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a blood purifying apparatus which is improved to facilitate a priming processing operation. SOLUTION: The blood purifying apparatus is so constituted that a priming liquid supplying means 32 is connected to the more downstream side than a vein chamber 24 in a blood return duct 14 connected to the blood outflow side of a blood purifier 10 to be made to communicate so that the priming liquid can be supplied into the blood return duct 14, and a pumping means 20 disposed on a blood supply duct 12 which is to be connected to the blood inflow side of the blood purifier 10 is formed to be capable of reverse driving so that the priming liquid supplied into the blood return duct 14 can be made to flow in the blood return duct 14, the vein chamber 24, the blood purifier 10 and the blood supply duct 12 in a reverse direction of the blood circulation.
