Dough (A), useful as raw material for the production of consumption product, comprises a grain meal product (I) (with a glycemic index of less than 55) (where the particle of (I) is coated or moistened edible fat or edible oil (particularly a vegetable fat and/or -oil)) and water. Independent claims are also included for: (1) preparation of (A); (2) a consumption product comprising (A); (3) preparation of consumption product; and (4) a paste component system comprising a first dough component (which is (A)) and a second dough component (pre-dough concentrate), which are mixed to a raw dough.
