A notch is provided at a corner of a light guide, light is permitted to enter from the notch, and uniform surface emission is provided corresponding to a distance and an angle from a light source. The light guide body is provided with a first main plane having a substantially rectangular effective light emitting section surrounded by first to fourth sides, and a second main plane facing the first main plane. The outer circumference side plane of the light guide includes first to fourth side planes along the first to fourth sides, and the light incident section which is at the corner of the first and the second side planes and has an inclination angle set to the first side plane so that a light distribution center axis crosses one of the first to the fourth sides and an area of an effective light emitting section is halved.
