PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structurally simple fixing implement for a waterproof sheet for use in tunneling work which enables a reinforcing bar for secondary lining to be easily fixed to the outer surface of the waterproof sheet without forming a hole in the waterproof sheet. SOLUTION: This fixing implement comprises: a retainer member where a groove is formed on the front side by using a pair of raised plates protruding outward at both edges on the front side of a bottom plate for being fixed to timbering etc., and a pair of locking plates overhanging at upper ends of the raised plates in such a manner as to cover the bottom plate; a holding plate which is fitted into the groove of the retainer member in such a manner as to be superposed on the bottom plate of the retainer member; a stopper plate which is turnably journaled on the surface of the holding plate; and a connecting member which is provided on the front side of the stopper plate so as to fix the reinforcing bar etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
