PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raincoat skirt intended for solving such problems that a conventional raincoat has a shape covering the whole body from the head as illustrated in Fig.2, but the raincoat is not beautiful to the eye and becomes an obstacle and a baggage, and is not familiar with modern people, especially young women, and also it is impossible to keep out rain only with an umbrella at the time of heavy rain or storm, and especially sitting down on a chair with a wet skirt brings pain and causes poor circulation. SOLUTION: This raincoat skirt is intended for a uniform or a general skirt and made of vinyl or nylon without gloss and luster, and has a color and a pattern the same as those of a uniform and a general skirt. The raincoat skirt has a roll-up style and 3 kinds of sizes, large, medium and small sizes, and is fixed with a hook-and-loop fastener set on the top, slightly adjustable, and easy to put on and take off owing to the roll-up style. A pocket for folding and holding a raincoat skirt main body is set on a top waist part and closed with a hook-and-loop fastener, and has a form of becoming a container for keeping small articles at the time of wearing the raincoat skirt.
