摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake-resistant reinforcing method for a wooden building, which can be constructed by a direct installation to a large opening section with an adjacent land without overhauling the building even in the existing wooden building hardly having an opening with the adjacent land, the cost of which is reduced and to which a reinforcement work is conducted in the short term of works. SOLUTION: In the earthquake-resistant reinforcing method, a first reinforcing body 1 assembled in a portal type rigid-framed structure by a single member composed of shape steel is installed outside the large opening section 12 on the first floor of the existing wooden building, and a second reinforcing body 2 or the second reinforcing body 2 and a third reinforcing body 3 assembled in the portal type rigid-framed structure by the single member are mounted outside the first reinforcing body 1 in a manner that the second reinforcing body 2 or the second reinforcing body 2 and the third reinforcing body 3 can be assembled and superposed. The reinforcing bodies 1, 2 and 3 having a sectional shape in a crank shape are used. It is preferable that the surface side of the corner section of the first reinforcing body 1 is reinforced by an L-shaped reinforcing plate and the rear sides of the corner sections of the second reinforcing body 2 and the third reinforcing body 3 are reinforced by reinforcing angles and corner-reinforcing plates.
