PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition having large melt viscosity and melt tension, and giving moldings having excellent dimensional stability. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises a thermoplastic resin (A) having a functional group reactive with epoxy, a polymer (B) having epoxy, and a catalyst (C) promoting reaction between the functional group reactive with epoxy and the epoxy, wherein ratios of the polymer (B) and the catalyst (C) based on the thermoplastic resin (A) are 0.1-5 mass% and 1.0-50 ppm, respectively.
