PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic reduction method capable of reducing the amount of leakage of electromagnetic waves, while suppressing turning compact of shielding plates, increase in the weight of apparatus, enlargement of apparatus size, and the effects of hazardous substances to environment. SOLUTION: This electromagnetic leakage reduction system, for reducing the leakage of electromagnetic waves at inspection through the use of transmission images of electromagnetic waves transmitted through a body 105 to be inspected held by a holding means, is provided with a first electromagnetic wave generating means 101 for acquiring electromagnetic transmission images; an electromagnetic detection means 103 facing the first electromagnetic wave generating means for measuring the dose of the first electromagnetic generating means 101 transmission through the body 105 to be inspected; and a second electromagnetic wave generating means 111, arranged in the extension of the first electromagnetic wave generating means 101, on the axis of electromagnetic waves of the first electromagnetic generating means 101. By making the leakage electromagnetic waves of electromagnetic waves of the first electromagnetic wave generating means 101 for imaging the electromagnetic transmission images interfere with the electromagnetic waves from the second electromagnetic wave generating means 111, leakage electromagnetic waves are reduced.
