PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate phlegm aspiration work by providing an phlegm aspiration tube feeding mechanism allowing long-distance driving of the phlegm aspiration tube, a prevention means simply preventing the spread of pollution between patient's internal and external, a control means safely inserting/pulling out the phlegm aspiration tube, and a control means interlocking the start/stop of the aspiration with the pull-out operation of the phlegm aspiration tube. SOLUTION: This phlegm aspiration tube 300 is clamped between large-diameter driving parts 523a and 523B and the large-diameter driving parts are rotatingly driven in the inverse direction of the feeding direction by a roller driving device 600 at unchangeable torque to insert/pull out the phlegm aspiration tube 300. A phlegm aspiration tube driving assembly 1100 or 1110 including at least a phlegm aspiration tube feeding mechanism 500, the phlegm aspiration tube 300, and a protection bag 310 is integrally fed and is disposed after the use. The insertion/pull-out of the phlegm aspiration tube 300 and the start/stop of the aspiration are controlled using signals from a phlegm aspiration tube position detecting device comprising marks 320 and 321 attached to the phlegm aspiration tube 300 and a detecting part 700 supported to a fixed relative position to a casing 550 of the phlegm aspiration tube feeding mechanism 500.
