PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity hanger producing method for producing a commodity hanger on which printing or the like is performed, without incurring increase in cost, and to provide a commodity hanger producing device. SOLUTION: The hook producing device 1 is formed of a sheet feeding section 2, a printing section 3, a pressing section 4, a sheet discharging section 5, and a discharged sheet recovering section 6. In the hook producing device 1, a material sheet 11 is fed from the sheet feeding section 2, and printing is suitably carried out by the printing section 3, followed by punching a hook 10 by the pressing section 4. The material sheet 11 from which the hook 10 is punched is discharged from the sheet discharging section 5, and wound up and recovered by the discharged sheet recovering section 6. According to a conventional method, the hook 10 on which printing or the like is performed has been subjected to additional two steps, but by virtue of the present hook producing device 1, the hook 10 can be produced in the single device.
