<p>An improved design wind powered novelty, e.g. a novelty wind vane, has a profiled shape (2) mounted on a vertical support (1) with rotational- as well as tilting movement. The tilting effect is initiated by low wind speeds. The vertical support is located near to the centre of mass of the profile and the tilting action is defined and limited by a tapered slot (3).</p> |
