<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillar garnish easily doing installation work of a clip to a garnish body. <P>SOLUTION: The pillar garnish 20 is provided with: the garnish body 21 for projectably opening an air bag; and the clip 37 for mounting the garnish body to a body side of a pillar part. The clip 37 retains the garnish body at a movement position where opening movement is performed and at an initial position before the opening movement. The clip 37 is provided with: an initial engagement part 40 for engaging the body 21 with an installation hole 30 provided on an installation seat 28 of the garnish body at the initial position; and an anchor part 41 for unremovably engaging the body 21 at the movement position. When the anchor part is arranged in the installation seat 28 via the installation hole 30, a guide surface 33 for guiding it so as to bend a shaft part 42 to a second engagement projection 44 side having a long projection amount from the shaft part 42 is arranged in the installation seat 28. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
