摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a correction method in which each phase current of an inverter is detected precisely and an abnormal current value is detected without causing step-out. <P>SOLUTION: In a polyphase inverter provided with switching elements 7a-7f in respective phases, combined current of respective phase currents of the inverter is detected, the phase current flowing actually is specified from the combined current, an ideal current value is calculated for at least two phase currents thus specified, ideal current value and measured current value of current phase current are compared for every phase and the error value is calculated, the error value is held for every sample, moving average is calculated by a plurality of error values held before previous sampling, result of moving average calculation is reflected on the ideal current value if the absolute error value of every phase is larger than the result of moving average calculation, the error value is added if it is positive and subtracted if it is negative and employed in place of the measured current value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
