<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of cleaning a deformed member, typically a molded rubber hose difficult to clean because of bending, efficiently and reliably and an apparatus allowing automatization of cleaning work which has been based essentially upon manual work. <P>SOLUTION: The method of cleaning a deformed member has the first process S1 of charging a deformed member to be cleaned into a cleaning vessel, the second process S2 of evacuating the closed cleaning vessel, the third process S3 of pouring cleaning water into the cleaning vessel, the fourth process S4 of cleaning the deformed member, the fifth process S5 of draining the cleaning water from the cleaning vessel and the final process S7 of taking out the deformed member from the cleaning vessel and, if necessary, carrying out the sixth process S6 of evacuating the cleaning vessel to dry the deformed member after the fifth process S5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
