PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily cleanser that is easily adaptable to the skin, even when the skin is still wet, as a make-up cosmetic, has excellent cleansing power and gives largely reduced stickiness after rinsing with water. SOLUTION: The oily cleanser comprises (A) one or two or more kinds of diglyceryl monoisostearate and diglyceryl monooleate, (B) a polyoxyethylene glyceryl monofatty acid ester and (C) an ester oil from branched fatty acid and branched alcohol wherein the mass ratio (A : B) of the component (A) to the component (B) is 1/4 to 1/10.
