PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work scaffold device of an elevator and its assembling disassembling method, capable of easily and quickly assembling and disassembling. SOLUTION: Since a plurality of spherical reinforcing foaming styrene 3 are embedded in a space up to the vicinity of a floor surface of the lowest floor landing hall 2 from a hoistway bottom part 11 and are constituted so as to lay a concrete panel 4 and a steel plate 5 on its supper surface, the work scaffold device can be easily and quickly assembled, and since the concrete panel 4 and the steel plate 4 are removed by sucking the spherical reinforcing foaming styrene 3 after removal, the work scaffold device can be easily and quickly disassembled.
