PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layered paper bag with a band which is easily unsealed and moved. SOLUTION: In the multi-layered paper bag 10 with the band in which a sealing band 15 is affixed to one side and the other side is sealed in advance by a sealing member (a bottom-attaching paper) 17, an unsealing means 20 to unseal the other side of the paper bag 10 is arranged on the sealing member 17.
