PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for installing a magnetic-shielding structure supporting a placing base, on which a shielded magnetic-field generator is placed, as ensuring the symmetry of a magnetic field in the magnetic-shielding structure while effectively fixing the whole magnetic-shielding structure on a base. SOLUTION: The method for installing the magnetic-shielding structure is composed of a process, in which piles 21 consisting of a plurality of non-magnetic materials are formed to both top face and underside of the floor member 11 of the magnetic-shielding structure 10 consisting of a magnetic material, and the process in which the floor member 11 is mounted on the base G by burying the piles 21 formed to the underside of the floor member 11 in the base G. The method is further composed of the process in which the placing base 31, on which the shielded magnetic-field generator 50 is placed, is formed while using the piles 21 formed to the top face of the floor member 11 as the bases.
