PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive polymer which little changes electric resistance under wet heat environments and having excellent conductivity. SOLUTION: A solvent-soluble conductive polymer containing the following (A) component 1 and the following (B) component 2 as main components, wherein the (A) component 1 is doped with the (B) component 2, is characterized in that portions derived from the (B) component 2 are ionically bound 3 to the ionic portions of the (A) component 1 through sulfonate ions. (A) Theπ-electron conjugated polymer. (B) Theπ-electron non-conjugated polymer having at least one kind of sulfonic functional groups selected from sulfonic groups and sulfonate groups.
