PURPOSE: A control module operated when a mobile terminal is opened or closed is provided to control a call standby state using the pressure generated when a folder-type mobile terminal is opened or closed and to minimize the power consumption by using the piezoelectricity of a piezoelectric element. CONSTITUTION: If a mobile terminal is closed(150), a piezoelectric element generates piezoelectricity by an impact by the contact between the piezoelectric element and an upper housing(152). If piezoelectricity is generated from the piezoelectric element, a control unit judges whether the present state is a traffic state or an idle state(153). In case that it is judged that the mobile terminal is in the traffic state, the control unit sends a signal to a switching unit and controls the mobile terminal to the idle state(154). At the same time, the control part activates the LED lamp to announce that the call has been finished, and executes the decoration of the mobile terminal(155). |
