A noise filter (1A) in which tubular ferrite beads (2,3) are threaded with the input and output sides of a signal line lead wire (11), and a tubular ferrite bead (4) is threaded with the input side of the grounding lead wire (12). A through capacitor (5) is threaded with the output side of the tubular ferrite bead (3). A laminated capacitor (6) is electrically connected between the output side of the tubular ferrite bead (2) and the output side of the tubular ferrite bead (4). End portions (11a, 12a) of the respective lead wires (11, 12) are formed into flat shapes, bent along the outer surface of a base member (21), and serve as outer terminals of surface mount type.
