PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder resin composition for a color toner and a color toner excellent in low temperature fixability, anti-offsetting property and development durability. SOLUTION: The binder resin for a color toner comprises at least a urethane modified polyol resin obtained by reacting a bisphenol type epoxy resin with a compound having at least one active hydrogen radical per molecule and subjecting the resulting polyol resin (A) to urethane extension with a polyisocyanate (B). The urethane extension is carried out using a two-shaft kneading machine. The color toner comprises the binder resin for a color toner. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
