The method involves moving a conveyor belt at a constant speed equal to that of a substrate (c) during transfer of patterns. Moving time of the belt is subtracted from a time between passages of two similar marks of zones in the belt. The value of displacement of adjacent patterns between respective locations is compared with a length calculated between the adjacent patterns, to coincide the transfer of the patterns with respective locations on the substrate. |
